In April 2012, James Newman, Chairman of the Sheffield City Region Local Enterprise Partnership, led a workshop on resourcing at the National LEP Network Annual Conference.

The first part of this two-part video shows James Newman leading a discussion on resourcing to a packed room of LEP Chairs and Board members, senior civil servants, ministers and membership group representatives at Dexter House in London. Here he breaks the issue of LEP resourcing into three main subject areas: 1. Funding, 2. Structure and 3. Allocation or Competition.

In the second part of this two-part video, James Newman reports his findings from the discussion to a panel of senior civil servants, and they respond with their views on LEP resourcing in the future.
