Four thousand new homes will be built as part of our Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District. In the retail sector, transformation is underway in which the new Sheffield Retail Quarter alone is bringing forward 700,000 sq ft of new retail and leisure space as part of a £480 million regeneration project. British Land has £300 million plans for leisure at the Meadowhall shopping centre and a £100 million European Tour Golf Centre is planned at Rossington Hall, Doncaster.
