Next week, a Healthcare Technologies Seminar, organised by the Sheffield City Region Local Enterprise Partnership (SCR LEP), will bring together key players in the region’s healthcare community.

Professionals from across the City Region’s healthcare sector will be given the opportunity to help to define the LEP’s Healthcare Technologies Sector Strategy and influence Government investment in the region.

The event will enable the healthcare community to collaborate with each other to develop business through trade missions, communication, marketing and sector projects.

Neil Garner, Chair of the SCR LEP Healthcare Sector Group, “This is an opportunity for healthcare professionals to come together to share their expertise and to develop a well-connected network that will lead to business growth.

“With an international reputation for materials and manufacturing innovation, the City Region is ideally positioned to be at the forefront of advances in healthcare technologies.”

The event will give delegates the chance to be involved in BioMed Sheffield City Region, the SCR LEP Healthcare Technology Sector Group.

The Healthcare Technologies Seminar will take place from 12.30 – 4.30pm on Tuesday 27th March at the AMP Technology Centre in Rotherham. The event is free and includes lunch.
