Whistleblowing Policy LEP

Individuals with serious concerns about the work of the SCR LEP are able to voice their concerns without fear of reprisal, through our Whistleblowing Policy. Examples of serious concerns would be the contravention of rules, illegal activity, dangers or risks.A whistle-blower may be an employee, a Board member, a contractor, third party or member of the public who is acting in the wider public interest.Our Whistleblowing Policy provides useful information on how to raise a concern, how the concern will be handled and how concerns will be dealt with sensitively and in confidence.
