//Century BIC Phase II

Published 3rd September 2018 at 10:00am

The project will deliver a second phase of the popular Century Business Park. This phase will create new floor space for office and clean manufacturing. This high quality employment space will be made available to business within the local area, as well as to the wider Borough and City Region. Building on the first phase of the Century Business Park this project will allow current occupants and other businesses to move to larger premises as their business grows, alongside providing additional space suitable for new businesses that currently have a lack of options within the current property market.

This project, which is currently in development, includes a contribution from the Government’s Local Growth Fund resources which is part of the Government’s continued investment in the Northern Powerhouse.

This investment is planning to deliver 110 jobs.

SCR LGF allocation: £1,600,000
Total project cost: £3,200,000

A full record of endorsements and approvals is held on file at Sheffield City Region offices.
