The key towns and core city of the Sheffield City Region are undergoing a private sector led urban renaissance. The Sheffield City Region uses its available capital funding to help unlock private sector investment including transport connectivity.
Proposed public realm works will facilitate the delivery of the proposed cinema and restaurant scheme and ensure that the wider CCQ regeneration area is better linked, more accessible, and attractive to occupiers, developers and investors.
This project, which is currently in delivery, includes a contribution from the Government’s Local Growth Fund resources which is part of the Government’s continued investment in the Northern Powerhouse.
This investment is planning to deliver 2,974 jobs.
