The scheme is for redevelopment to provide 25 housing units. The development will provide 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, 16 houses for market sale and 9 apartments for affordable rent. The site is located in the Hoyland and Wombwell area of Barnsley. The homes will be available for occupation in March 2020.

This project, which is currently in delivery, includes a contribution from the Government’s Local Growth Fund resources which is part of the Government’s continued investment in the Northern Powerhouse.
