Building Better Opportunities
Building Better Opportunities (BBO) provides support for people who are looking to find and stay in a job. Based on Individual Placement Support, BBO offers a personalised support package which suits your needs.
Your BBO Work Coach will help you to find a job then support you to stay in that job. That support can include health and wellbeing support, work and enterprise support, benefits advice, wellbeing and employment courses, or access to funds for transport and childcare.

Doing Good Business
Doing Good Business supports people who are currently unemployed to work towards finding a job or starting their own business. Doing Good Business provides one-to-one support with job searches, finding employment, self-employment, starting a business or getting in to education or training.

Pathways to Success/Pathways to Progression
Both Pathways programmes support people who are unemployed, have a long term health condition, disabilities or behavioural problems. If you are eligible for the programme you will receive support to raise your self esteem and confidence, improve your skill sets, gain employability skills and improve maths and English ability. Better Working Futures – Work and Health Programme
If you have a health condition and are unemployed you can receive support through Better Working Futures, the Work and Health Programme. If you are eligible you will receive one-to-one job support, health and wellbeing advice, a dedicated employment adviser, accredited and non-accredited skills training, local employer links, funding for childcare, work clothes and transport, in-work support, and benefits advice.

Skills Support for Employment
If you are unemployed and live in the Sheffield City Region Skills Support for Employment can provide one-to-one support to help you get the skills you need to find the job you want. You will be able to access accredited and non-accredited training, followed by employment support to find a job. You can self-refer or be referred by the Job Centre. The Launchpad programme provides free support to pre-start and new businesses in the Sheffield City Region. It is designed to help ambitious entrepreneurs set up and run successful businesses and support SMEs under three years old to take the next step and grow the business.
